Stream Valley Volleyball Club is seeking enthusiastic and reliable youth volleyball coaches to lead our beginner 11s and 12s teams. We encourage candidates with experience as collegiate-level players to apply, but we also value passion, leadership, and patience just as highly. If you love teaching the game and are looking for a volleyball coaching role that allows you to help young athletes grow, this is the perfect role for you!

• Lead two team practices per week focused on skill fundamentals (passing, setting, serving, teamwork) at our Dublin or San Ramon locations. 
• Create developmentally appropriate practice plans (we can help!). 
• Coach at 3–4 local tournaments per season, mainly within the Bay Area. 
• Foster a positive, supportive learning environment for beginners, while communicating with team parents and club leadership as needed. 
• Emphasize player safety, development, and enjoyment of the game.

• Above-average hourly rate, with Head Coaches earning $60–$80/hour and Assistant Coaches making $40–$50/hour based on their experience and qualifications. 
• We provide sponsorship for the necessary USA Volleyball coaching certifications, including USAV IMPACT & SafeSport. 
• Support in developing drills and practice plans.
